2016 National Executive Compensation Survey


Kopp Company's Human Capital Services (KCHCS) participated in the 2016 National Executive Compensation Survey sponsored by Employer Associations of America and ERC on behalf of the executive management of our $30MM client; the nation's oldest non-profit hearing and speech organization serving nearly 6,000 children and adults. The 2016 EAA National Executive Compensation Survey, gathers compensation, benefits, and pay practice data provided by participating organizations throughout the country.

Our client's executive management continue to rely on Kopp Company's Human Capital Services (KCHCS) data analytics expertise to provide accurate compensation data to HR survey sponsors in order to support the attraction, development and retention of talented employees at substantial cost savings.
