Kopp Company Human Capital Services

KoppCompany's Human Capital Services (KCHCS) successfully completed an executive compensation consulting engagement for the Human Resources (HR) Committee within the Board of Directors of a $38 million in revenue and $12 million in assets, proud member of Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. The focus of the engagement was the review of the client's total compensation packages for executives in accordance with the requirements for the IRS's non-profit rebuttable presumption-intermediate sanctions standard for defending executive compensation decisions. Through the analysis of base pay and variable compensation practices associated within the client’s market, KCHCS recommended to the HR Committee competitive total compensation packages for client executives.
