Kopp Company Human Capital Services (KCHCS) successfully completed a compensation consultingengagement for an independent, liberal arts & sciences university ranked #8 in Regional Universities Midwest of the 2023 edition of U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges. Focus of the consulting engagement was to review challenges associated with their existing compensation strategy for staff employees and to define pathways forward.
